Chimichurri Recipe uses parsley, garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon, red onion, oregano and black pepper to create chimichurri sauce which is delicious on meat dishes with a hint of Mexico.

8 cloves garlic minced
|
3/4 C extra virgin olive oil
|
1/4 C red wine vinegar
|
1 lemon wedge, juice of
|
1 T diced red onion
|
1 t dried oregano
|
1 t black pepper
|
1/2 t salt
