Mock Creme Fraiche Sauce Recipe processes Neufchatel cheese and low-fat yogurt in a processor before placing into a container and placing in a warm place for two hours to create a delicious mock creme fraiche.

INGREDIENTS
|
1 1/2 cups Neufchatel cheese
|
6 tablespoons Low-Fat Yogurt
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Mix cheese and yogurt in a blender or food processor until smooth and fluffy. Place in small jars; cover tightly.

Set jars in a warm place (lOO°F) for 2 hours; see Note. Cool and refrigerate. Stir before using.

Note: Use an oven thermometer in making Mock Creme Fraiche, as temperature is very important. A gas oven with a pilot light will be about 125°F. Turn electric oven to as
warm a setting as necessary to maintain temperature. Mock Creme Fraiche can be refrigerated up to 3 weeks.
