INGREDIENTS
|
1 can condensed cream of
mushroom soup
|
1 can condensed cream
of tomato soup
|
1 soup can milk
|
1 cup light cream
|
1 6 oz can lobster, drained
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Blend cans of soup, milk, and cream in a saucepan; heat, but do not boil.
|

Pick over meat, discarding any hard fiber:
flake meat.
|
|
3:
Add meat to soup; heat well.
|
|
4:
Note: As a substitute for the lobster,
anyone of the following may be used:
1 6 1/2-ounce can crabmeat, 1 5-ounce
can shrimp, 1 7-ounce can solid-pack tuna, 1 7 3/4-ounce can salmon, or 1
7- or 10 1/2-ounce can minced clams.
