Quick Lobster Chowder

Quick Lobster Chowder Recipe makes a delicious lobster chowder using cream of mushroom and tomato soups, milk, light cream and can lobster with this tasty lobster chowder recipe.


INGREDIENTS
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can condensed cream of tomato soup
1 soup can milk
1 cup light cream
1 6 oz can lobster, drained


DIRECTIONS
1: Blend cans of soup, milk, and cream in a saucepan; heat, but do not boil.
 
2: Pick over meat, discarding any hard fiber: flake meat.
 
3: Add meat to soup; heat well.
 
4: Note: As a substitute for the lobster, anyone of the following may be used: 1 6 1/2-ounce can crabmeat, 1 5-ounce can shrimp, 1 7-ounce can solid-pack tuna, 1 7 3/4-ounce can salmon, or 1 7- or 10 1/2-ounce can minced clams.
