Crawfish Linguine Recipe uses crawfish, butter, olive oil, garlic, sliced mushrooms, green onions, parsley, linguine and Parmesan chesse to create this delicious crawfish dish.

INGREDIENTS
|
1 pound peeled crawfish tails,
fresh or frozen
|
1/2 cup butter or margarine
|
1/4 cup olive oil
|
1 clove garlic, minced
|
1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
|
1/2 cup chopped green onions
and tops
|
1/4 cup chopped parsley
|
1 package (8 ounces) linguine,
cooked
|
Parmesan cheese (optional)
|
|

|
|

DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Thaw crawfish if frozen. Melt butter with olive oil in large skillet. Saute garlic and
mushrooms until mushrooms are tender. Add crawfish tails and green onions. Cook 5
minutes over low heat. Stir in chopped parsley.

Serve over hot cooked linguine;
sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Note: The crawfish mixture also makes an excellent
filling for omelets. If using in omelets, omit the olive oil.
