Crawfish Linguine

Crawfish Linguine Recipe uses crawfish, butter, olive oil, garlic, sliced mushrooms, green onions, parsley, linguine and Parmesan chesse to create this delicious crawfish dish.


INGREDIENTS
1 pound peeled crawfish tails, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped green onions and tops
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 package (8 ounces) linguine, cooked
Parmesan cheese (optional)


DIRECTIONS
1: Thaw crawfish if frozen. Melt butter with olive oil in large skillet. Saute garlic and mushrooms until mushrooms are tender. Add crawfish tails and green onions. Cook 5 minutes over low heat. Stir in chopped parsley.
 
2: Serve over hot cooked linguine; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
 
3: Note: The crawfish mixture also makes an excellent filling for omelets. If using in omelets, omit the olive oil.
