Fried Artichoke Hearts Recipe uses tasty canned artichoke hearts which are dipped in a mixture of beer, salt and egg and then flour and fried in oil to create a delicious artichoke dish served with lemon wedges.

INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup beer
|
1/2 teaspoon salt
|
1 egg, beaten
|
8 canned artichoke hearts
|
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
|
Oil for deep frying
|

|
DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Mix beer, salt and egg. Dip artichokes in beer batter, then in flour.

Fry in hot oil for 5 minutes until brown all over
|

Drain on paper towels and serve hot with lemon wedges.
