Fried Artichoke Hearts Recipe uses tasty canned artichoke hearts which are dipped in a mixture of beer, salt and egg and then flour and fried in oil to create a delicious artichoke dish served with lemon wedges.


INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup beer
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
8 canned artichoke hearts
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
Oil for deep frying


DIRECTIONS
1: Mix beer, salt and egg. Dip artichokes in beer batter, then in flour.
 
2: Fry in hot oil for 5 minutes until brown all over
 
3: Drain on paper towels and serve hot with lemon wedges.
