1 1/2 pounds fresh Brussels
sprouts, cut in half

1 1/2 cups beer
|
2 teaspoons clarified butter
|
1/4 teaspoon salt
|
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
|
1 cup seedless white grapes
|
Snipped parsley
|

DIRECTIONS

Simmer Brussels sprouts in beer in covered saucepan until tender (about 8 minutes); drain.

Drizzle butter over sprouts; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add grapes; heat thoroughly. Sprinkle with parsley.
