Zucchini and Tomatoes au Gratin Recipe combines zucchini, tomatoes, cheese, salt, pepper and basil and bakes to create this delicious and very tasty zucchini recipe.

INGREDIENTS
|
2 zucchini (about 1 pound each)
|
3 ripe tomatoes
|
1/2 teaspoon salt
|
1/2 teaspoon pepper
|
1/2 teaspoon basil
|
1 cup grated cheese
|
|

|
|
|
|

|
DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Wash, dry and slice the zucchini. Place the slices in a greased ovenproof dish.
|

2:
Cut the tomatoes in half and put them in the middle. Season with salt, pepper, and basil and sprinkle on the cheese.
|
|
3:
Bake in a 400°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
