                        | 2 zucchini (about 1 pound each) | 
                    
                        | 3 ripe tomatoes | 
                    
                        | 1/2 teaspoon salt | 
                    
                        | 1/2 teaspoon pepper | 
                    
                        | 1/2 teaspoon basil | 
                    
                        | 1 cup grated cheese |

 DIRECTIONS

                            Wash, dry and slice the zucchini. Place the slices in a greased ovenproof dish. |
