Focaccia with Salami and Sun Dried Tomatoes
by:    Leonard Potts

Focaccia with Salami and Sun Dried Tomatoes Recipe tops homemade focaccia using yeast, water, flour and milk with salami, sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan cheese and olive oil to create a delicious appetizer.

INGREDIENTS
Focaccia Dough (search recipes)
6 ounces dry salami, sliced paper-thin
3 1/2 ounces sun-dried tomatoes, in thin strips
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Olive oil

DIRECTIONS
1: Preheat oven to 400° F. Oil a baking sheet well and pour in the dough. It will be rather soupy. Bake until well browned, about 25 minutes.

2: Reduce oven to 375° F. Cover focaccia with salami slices, overlapping them as necessary. Scatter sun dried-tomato strips over the salami; dust with Parmesan and drizzle with olive oil. Reheat focaccia until Parmesan is browned and top is crusty. Cut into 2 1/2-inch by 1-inch strips and serve piping hot.
