Pole Beans with Mustard Sauce

Pole Beans with Mustard Sauce Recipe is surprisingly good and the mustard sauce and beans complement each other very well using pole beans, packaged white sauce mix, prepared mustard and pimento to create this tasty vegetable recipe.
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 lb. fresh pole beans
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4-oz. package white sauce mix
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. diced pimento
DIRECTIONS
1:
Remove tips from pole beans and cut beans into l-inch pieces. Bring I inch water and salt to boiling point in a medium saucepan. Add the beans and cook for 5 minutes. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 10 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender. Drain.

Prepare sauce mix according to package directions. Add the mustard and lemon juice and mix well. Stir in the pimento.
3:
Place the beans in a serving bowl. Serve with sauce spooned over top.
