Parslied Fresh Carrots

Parslied Fresh Carrots Recipe boils fresh chopped carrots in bouillon with butter, sugar and salt until tender then garnishes with chopped parsley to create this very tasty carrot recipe.


INGREDIENTS
8 med. fresh carrots
1 c. bouillon
3 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley


DIRECTIONS
1: Scrape the carrots and cut in 3/4-inch pieces. Place in a saucepan.
 
2: Add the bouillon, butter, sugar and salt and bring to a boil.
 
3: Reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 25 to 30 minutes or until carrots are tender.
 
4: Place in a bowl and sprinkle with parsley.
