INGREDIENTS

1/2 6-oz. can frozen
grapefruit juice concentrate
|
|
4 tbsp. butter or margarine
|
|
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
|
|
1 tsp. instant minced onion
|
|
1 10-oz. package frozen
whole okra
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

DIRECTIONS

1:
Thaw the grapefruit juice.
|
|
|

Melt the butter with hot sauce and onion in a saucepan
over low heat.
|
|
|
|

Stir in the undiluted grapefruit juice concentrate and heat
through.
|
|
|

4:
Cook the okra according to package directions and place in a bowl.
Pour the grapefruit sauce over okra. Garnish with grapefruit sections, if desired.
