Copycat Red Lobster Tartar Sauce Recipe uses mayonnaise, onion, pickle relish, carrot and sugar to create this very tasty tartar sauce recipe.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup mayonnaise
|
|
1 1/2 Tbl. finely minced onion
|
|
1 Tbl. sweet pickle relish
|
|
1 1/2 tsp. shredded and chopped carrot
|
|
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
DIRECTIONS
|
|
1:
Make bits of carrot about the size of a grain of rice.
|
|
|
|

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
|
|

Best when chilled.

Use with any seafood item and also great on fish sandwiches.
