Chiffonade Salad Dressing

Chiffonade Salad Dressing Recipe is a nice variation of the basic French Dressing by combining salad oil, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, salt, dry mustard, paprika, cayenne pepper, hard-cooked egg, chopped cooked beets, parsley and onion.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup salad oil
|
2 tablespoons vinegar
|
2 tablespoons lemon juice
|
2 teaspoons sugar
|
1/2 teaspoon salt
|
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
|
1/2 teaspoon paprika
|
Dash cayenne
|
1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
|
1/4 cup chopped cooked beets
|
2 tablespoons snipped parsley
|
1 tablespoon chopped onion
|

DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Combine all ingredients in screw-top jar;
cover and shake. Chill. Shake again just before
serving.
