INGREDIENTS

1 cup pancake mix
|
2 eggs
|
3/4 cup milk
|
2 tablespoons cooking oil
|

DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Combine all ingredients; beat until smooth.
|

Bake on lightly greased hot griddle, using
about 3 tablespoons of batter for each.
|

Turn pancake when edges are dry and top is
bubbly. Brown on underside.
