Bistek Ranchero Ranch Style Steak Recipe cooks the steak of your choice and serves it with a flavorful and tasty chile-tomato sauce of oil, onion, garlic, green chile, tomatoes and cilantro leaves.

INGREDIENTS
|

2 tablespoons oil
|
|
1 onion, cut into thin wedges
|
|
2 cloves garlic, minced
|
|
5 mild green chiles, roasted,
peeled , and cut into strips
|
|
2 tomatoes, cut into thin wedges
|
|
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
leaves
|
|
2 to 3 pounds steak (choose
your favorite cut), barbecued
or broiled
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

DIRECTIONS
|
|
1:
Heat the oil in a skillet and saute
the onion and garlic until soft. Add
chiles and tomatoes and saute
briefly until soft. Stir in cilantro and
keep warm.

Barbecue the steaks to individual
preference and serve topped with the
sauteed chile-tomato mixture.
