                        | 1 egg | 
                    
                        | 2/3 cup milk | 
                    
                        | 1/4 cup butter or margarine
(melted and cooled) or salad oil | 
                    
                        | 1/2 cup strawberry jam | 
                    
                        | For Cinnamon Streusel Topping: | 
                    
                        | 1/4 cup flour | 
                    
                        | 1/3 cup sugar | 
                    
                        | 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon | 
                    
                        | 3 tablespoons cold butter or margarine |

 DIRECTIONS
 | 
                    
                        | 1: 
                            Preheat oven to 375° F. In a large
bowl stir together flour, sugar, baking
powder, salt, and nutmeg. In a medium bowl beat egg with
milk and melted butter. Add egg
mixture to flour mixture, stirring until
mixture is smooth. |

                            Spread batter in a greased 8-inch
springform pan. Spoon jam evenly
over batter. Draw a knife through
batter in several back-and-forth
strokes to marble jam through
it. Sprinkle evenly with Cinnamon
Streusel Topping. |

                            Bake until topping is well browned
and wooden skewer inserted in
center comes out clean (40 to 45
minutes). |
