Spareribs Barbecue Sauce Recipe combines ketchup, brown sugar, white vinegar, honey, soy sauce, ground ginger, salt, ground mustard, garlic powder, and pepper to create this outstanding barbecue sauce.

INGREDIENTS
|
1 1/2 cups ketchup
|
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
|
1/2 cup white vinegar
|
1/2 cup honey
|
1/3 cup soy sauce
|
1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
|
1 teaspoon salt
|
3/4 teaspoon ground mustard
|
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
|
1/4 teaspoon pepper
|
|

DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Place each ingredient into a large bowl, stirring to mix well with each addition.
|

2:
After last addition, set sauce aside for 30 to allow ingredients to meld well.
|
|
3:
Pour sauce to be used for basting into a separate bowl. Bast ribs from just one bowl.
|
|
4:
Any unused or left over sauce (which has not been contaminated by the basting tool) may be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for later use.
