Tzatziki Sauce Recipe uses English cucumber, Greek yogurt, garlic, dill, olive oil, and salt in making this refreshingly tasty tzatziki sauce recipe.

INGREDIENTS
|

1-1/2 cups finely chopped peeled English cucumber
|
|
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
|
|
2 garlic cloves, minced
|
|
1-1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
|
|
1-1/2 teaspoons olive oil
|
|
1/8 teaspoon salt
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

DIRECTIONS
|
|
1:
Peel cucumber and place into food processor or finely mince by hand.
|
|
|
|
2:
Add yogurt to cucumber and mix well to combine. Add garlic and mix well to combine.
|
|
|
|
3:
Add dill, olive oil, and salt and mix well to combine.
|
|
|
|
4:
Refrigerate sauce until ready to serve.
