Baked Chicken Chimichangas Chimichonga

Baked Chicken Chimichangas Chimichonga Recipe combines cream cheese, Pepper Jack cheese, taco seasoning and cooked chicken in a flour tortilla and garnishes with cheddar cheese, green onions, sour cream and salsa.


INGREDIENTS
8oz pkg. cream cheese
8oz. Pepper Jack cheese, shredded
8oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 tablespoons taco seasoning
1 lb. cooked chicken, shredded
8 flour tortillas
Green onions, for garnish
Sour cream salsa
Cooking spray


DIRECTIONS
1: Stir together cream cheese, Pepper Jack cheese and taco seasoning.
 
2: Fold in chicken. Divide among flour tortillas. Tuck in sides, and roll up each tortilla. Lay seam side down in a sprayed 9x13" baking dish.
 
3: Spray tops of tortillas with cooking spray.
 
4: Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. Turn chimi's over, and bake an additional 15 minutes. Serve with cheddar cheese, green onions, sour cream, and salsa.
