Artichoke and Cumin Dip

Artichoke and Cumin Dip Appetizer Recipe is so easy to make and is unbelievably tasty using artichoke hearts, garlic, ground cumin, olive oil, salt and pepper.

INGREDIENTS
|
2 x 14oz. cans artichoke
hearts, drained
|
2 garlic cloves, peeled
|
1/2 tsp ground cumin
|
salt and ground black pepper
|
olive oil
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Put the artichoke hearts in a food
processor with the garlic and ground
cumin, and add a generous drizzle of
olive oil. Process to a smooth puree and
season with plenty of salt and ground
black pepper to taste.

2:
Spoon the puree into a serving bowl
and serve with an extra drizzle of olive
oil swirled on the top and slices of
warm pitta bread or wholemeal (wholewheat)
toast fingers and carrot sticks
for dipping.
