Roasted Garlic Paste

Roasted Garlic Paste Recipe gives a bolder taste to the garlic by cutting top off garlic head, drizzling with olive oil then roasting to create this very nice roasted garlic recipe.

INGREDIENTS
|
1 lb. Garlic heads
|
1/2 cup olive oil
|
salt and pepper
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Cut 1/3 of top off garlic heads. Pour olive oil over garlic. Add salt and pepper.
Cover and cook for 45 minutes in a 300°F oven.

2:
Uncover and cook for 15 minutes in a 300°F oven.
|
|
3:
When cool, squeeze garlic cloves from head.
|
|
4:
Strain olive oil onto garlic. Process or mash with fork.
