Berry Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

Berry Vinaigrette Salad Dressing Recipe uses DOLE® Chef-Ready Raspberry Purée, fresh mint, cider vinegar, oil, salt and pepper to make a vinaigrette which goes great over a fruit or spinach salad.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup DOLE® Chef-Ready Raspberry Purée
|
1/2 cup chopped fresh mint
|
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
|
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
|
1 teaspoon kosher salt
|
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Stir together puree, mint, vinegar, vegetable oil, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl until blended.

2:
Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours.
|
|
3:
Serve over fruit salad or spinach salad.
|
