Pimento Cheese Recipe makes a better than store bought pimento cheese using cheddar, Monterey Jack and cream cheeses, mayonnaise, diced pimentos, pickle juice, horseradish sauce and yellow mustard to create this wonderful pimento cheese recipe.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
|
|
1/3 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
|
|
3 tablespoons mayo
|
|
2 tablespoons cream cheese
|
|
2oz diced pimentos, drained
|
|
1 tablespoon bread and butter pickle juice
|
|
1/2 tablespoon horseradish sauce (search recipes)
|
|
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

DIRECTIONS
