INGREDIENTS

1 teaspoon butter or margarine
|
|
2 eggs
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

DIRECTIONS

In microwave, melt butter in a ramekin
|
|
|
|

Break eggs carefully into ramekin or bowl. Cover tightly with plastic wrap.

Cook, covered, for 1 minute 20 seconds.
|
|
|
|
4:
Remove and let stand 1 minute before serving. Serve with crisp bacon or buttered toast.
