Bubble and Squeak

Bubble and Squeak Recipe is a unique combination of corned beef brisket, Brussels sprouts, potatoes, onions, carrots and then served with English Mustard Sauce to make a very tasty dish.

INGREDIENTS
|
Cooked Corned Beef Brisket
|
6 medium-sized potatoes, pared
|
6 small whole white onions, peeled
|
1 pound small whole carrots, pared
|
2 pounds fresh Brussels
sprouts, or 4 packages (10-ounces each) frozen
Brussels sprouts
|
English Mustard Sauce (search recipes)
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Bring the corned beef cooking liquid to boiling; add potatoes and onions and return to boiling. Cook 20 minutes. Add carrots and Brussels sprouts and return to boiling.

Cook, partially covered, until tender, 10 to 15 minutes.
|

3:
Serve corned beef with the vegetables and English Mustard Sauce.
