This is the best hot dog chili I have ever tasted, easy to prepare and cook it is chocked full of great flavor using hamburger meat, onions, yellow mustard, sugar, apple cider vinegar, chili powder, ketchup and salt.

1 lb hamburger meat, 75/25%
4 medium onions, diced/chopped
4 tbl yellow mustard

2 tsp apple cider vinegar

DIRECTIONS
1:
Place hamburger meat in a pot large enough to accommodate all ingredients. (Note: a 75/25 hamburger meat will result in more flavor than a very lean meat like 80/20.)
2:
Add 1/4 volume water compared to total volume of hamburger meat. Using your hand, incorporate the water into the hamburger meat, mixing well, until the water hamburger meat is somewhat of a soupy slurry. Stir until mixed well and smooth. Add more water, gradually, if needed to have the mixture result in a slurry.
3:
Add remaining ingredients to the hamburger meat slurry. Stir to mix well.
4:
Place pot on medium-high heat and bring to a boil. As soon as chili reaches a boil, reduce to a low simmer and cook for 1 hour or until temperature of the chili reaches 170°F.
