INGREDIENTS

1 lb ground beef
|
|
1/3 cups bread crumbs, dry
|
|
1/2 cup water
|
|
1 tsp instant beef bouillon
|
|
1 tsp lemon peel, grated
|
|
1 tsp lemon juice
|
|
1/2 tsp salt
|
|
1/2 tsp sage
|
|
1/2 tsp ginger, ground
|
|
1/4 tsp pepper
|
|
2 drops hot pepper sauce; optional
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

DIRECTIONS
|

1:
Mix all ingredients well. Shape mixture into 4 patties, each about 3/4 inches thick.
