Peanut Butter Cut Out Cookies

Peanut Butter Cut Out Cookies Recipe uses cream cheese, peanut butter, butter, sugar, vanilla, flour and baking powder to make a delicious dough to cut-out and bake then dip in semi-sweet chocolate to create this delicious cookie recipe.


INGREDIENTS
1 pkg.(8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup Planters Creamy Peanut Butter
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2-1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 pkg. (4 oz.) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate


DIRECTIONS
1: Beat first 5 ingredients in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add flour and baking soda; mix well. Refrigerate 30 min.
 
2: Heat oven to 375ºF. Roll dough to 3/8-inch thickness on floured surface. Cut into shapes with 2-inch cookie cutters. Place on baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray.
 
3: Bake 8 to 10 min. or until edges are lightly browned. Cool 1 min; remove to wire racks. Cool completely.
 
4: Melt chocolate as directed on package. Dip half of each cookie in chocolate; place on waxed paper. Let stand until chocolate is firm. Store in a covered container.
