Charcoal Fish

Charcoal Fish Recipe grills Red Snapper which has been seasoned with garlic salt, pepper and butter and then basted with lemon juice and butter before wrapping in foil for a final grilling to create this delicious fish dish.

INGREDIENTS
|
1 red snapper
|
Garlic salt to taste
|
Pepper to taste
|
Margarine
|
2 tsp. lemon juice
|
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
|
|

DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Season snapper with garlic salt and pepper. Rub inside and outside of snapper with margarine.

Cook over slow-burning charcoal, 5 minutes on each side.
|
|
3:
Combine lemon juice and butter. Baste snapper with butter mixture. Remove from heat; baste.
|
|
4:
Wrap in foil. Grill for 15 to 20 minutes longer or until done.
