Crawfish Ettouffe

Crawfish Etouffee Recipe is a very interesting and simplified twist on etouffee using butter, onion, shallots, cream of mushroom soup, Ro-Tel tomatoes and crawfish which is served with rice or noodles.

INGREDIENTS
|
1 stick butter
|
1 onion
|
Shallots
|
1 can cream of mushroom soup
|
1 can golden cream of mushroom soup
|
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
|
1 pack or 1 pound Louisiana crawfish
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Saute butter, onion, and shallots until tender. Add soups and Ro*Tel tomatoes and 1 soup can of water. Cook on low for one hour.

2:
Add crawfish and cook on low for 30 minutes to one hour. Season to taste.
|
|
3:
Serve over rice or noodles.
