Crawfish Ettouffe

Crawfish Etouffee Recipe is a very interesting and simplified twist on etouffee using butter, onion, shallots, cream of mushroom soup, Ro-Tel tomatoes and crawfish which is served with rice or noodles.


INGREDIENTS
1 stick butter
1 onion
Shallots
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can golden cream of mushroom soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 pack or 1 pound Louisiana crawfish


DIRECTIONS
1: Saute butter, onion, and shallots until tender. Add soups and Ro*Tel tomatoes and 1 soup can of water. Cook on low for one hour.
 
2: Add crawfish and cook on low for 30 minutes to one hour. Season to taste.
 
3: Serve over rice or noodles.
