                        | Crawfish Etouffee Recipe is a very interesting and simplified twist on etouffee using butter, onion, shallots, cream of mushroom soup, Ro-Tel tomatoes and crawfish which is served with rice or noodles. |

                        | 1 stick butter | 
                    
                        | 1 onion | 
                    
                        | Shallots | 
                    
                        | 1 can cream of mushroom soup | 
                    
                        | 1 can golden cream of mushroom soup | 
                    
                        | 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes | 
                    
                        | 1 pack or 1 pound Louisiana crawfish |

 DIRECTIONS

                            Saute butter, onion, and shallots until tender. Add soups and Ro*Tel tomatoes and 1 soup can of water. Cook on low for one hour. |
