Baja Fish Taco Fish Batter Recipe gives great flavor and taste to fish for tacos using flour, mustard, garlic powder, baking powder, black pepper, oregano and water.

INGREDIENTS
|

1 cup flour
|
|
1/3 cup prepared mustard
|
|
1 Tbl. garlic powder
|
|
1 tsp. baking powder
|
|
3/4 tsp. black pepper
|
|
1/2 tsp. crushed whole leaf oregano
|
|
water
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

DIRECTIONS
|
|
1:
Combine all ingredients except water and mix well.
|
|
|
|
2:
Add a little water and then mix all ingredients well.
|
|
|
|
3:
Continue to gradually add water stopping to mix well after each addition of water.
|
|
|

Add water and mix well until batter is of a pancake batter like consistency - no too thick and not thin. Dip fish strips for Baja Fish Tacos into the batter and deep fry battered fish strips. See Baja Fish Tacos
