Ham Mousse2

Ham Mousse Recipe boils gelatin and chicken stock and just before setting adds chopped ham, celery, onion, mayonnaise, sweet-sour pickles, dill and white pepper and pours into mold to create and attractive and delicious ham mousse.


INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1 1/2 cups chicken stock
3 cups ham, chopped
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1 tablespoon onion, grated
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sweet-sour pickles, chopped
3 tablespoons dill
1/2 teaspoon white pepper


DIRECTIONS
1: Place gelatin in 1/4 cup water. Add chicken stock and bring to a boil.
 
2: Chill mixture. When it is almost set add rest of ingredients.
 
3: Moisten a mold with cold water and add mixture.
 
4: Chill until firm.
