Spicy Orange Marinade Chicken Recipe marinates chicken quarters in onion, orange juice concentrate, steak sauce, garlic, cinnamon, pepper sauce and salt then grills to make this deliciously tasty grilled chicken recipe.

INGREDIENTS
|
1/2 cup water
|
1/2 cup chopped onion
|
1/3 cup (1/2 of a 6-ounce can)
frozen orange juice
concentrate, thawed,
undiluted
|
2 tablespoons bottled steak
sauce
|
2 medium cloves garlic, minced
|
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
|
1/2 teaspoon pepper
sauce
|
1/4 teaspoon salt
|
3 pounds chicken quarters
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
DIRECTIONS
|
1:
In medium bowl combine water, onion,
orange concentrate, steak sauce, garlic,
cinnamon, pepper sauce
and salt; mix well. Place chicken in shallow
glass dish or plastic bag; add marinade.
Cover dish; refrigerate 5 to 6
hours. Place chicken on grill 4 to 5
inches above source of heat. Cook 25 to
30 minutes or until done. Turn several
times brushing with marinade each
time. Heat remaining marinade and
serve with chicken.
