Mustard Barbecued Chicken Legs Recipe marinates chicken in a mixture of Dijon mustard, white wine, basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme and garlic then grills to create this very flavorful and delicious chicken recipe.

INGREDIENTS
|
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
|
1 tablespoon dry white wine
|
1/4 teaspoon each dried
basil, oregano, rosemary, and
thyme
|
1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
|
4 whole chicken legs
(thighs attached)
|

DIRECTIONS
|
1:
In a small bowl mix mustard, wine, herbs, and garlic until well combined. Spread evenly over
all sides of chicken. Cover chicken and refrigerate about 3 hours.

Arrange chicken on a barbecue grill about 6 inches above glowing coals. Grill chicken legs until well browned on both sides, about 45 minutes in all (meat near the thigh
bones should no longer be pink or run with pink juices when tested).
