I have always enjoyed beef liver fried. Thought I'd try grilled and I was very pleasantly surprised. I would think grilled would have to be more healthy than fried so I'll occasionally through some grilled in with the fried.

If you have never tried grilled liver, you should definitely give this recipe a go. Excellent taste.
