An email was received from a person who prepared this recipe. The email stated that the recipe was followed exactly, however, the squash was not tender until the casserole was cooked an additional 30 minutes and after adding water and covering the casserole. The email did not state whether the casserole was good or bad. For that reason a rating of 4 is being inserted as that is the rating of the recipe.
